City of Wenatchee Recreation Programs  
Registering for City recreation programs may be completed online by clicking here.  You will be directed to our online registration site.   First time users will be required to set up an account to login and register.  Account set up help may be found directly on the registration page or instructions may also be downloaded by clicking here.  Instructions in Spanish may be downloaded by clicking here.

To register and pay by check or cash, please visit the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department Office at: 301 Yakima Street in Wenatchee. 

Skyhawks Sports Camps                                                                                                                                                 
Registering for Skyhawks may be completed online through the Skyhawks Sports Academy website at: www.skyhawks.com or by completing a Skyhawks registration form and mailing it directly to Skyhawks at: Skyhawks, 1826 East Sprague Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99202.   

Scholarship Program
The Scholarship Program was made possible through donations to the Wenatchee Valley Sports Foundation.

The City scholarship program provides financial assistance for children ages 3-14 to help them to participate in selected City of Wenatchee Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department programs. Scholarships may be used for:  Swimming lessons up to and including Y3 level, day camps and youth sports programs.  Funding in the scholarship programs is limited.

How to apply:                                                                                                                                                               
Applicants for scholarships for City recreation programs and swimming lessons need to provide proof of participation in a free or reduced school lunch program with their completed application. Application forms are available for download by clicking here.

Special Olympics Athlete Participation Form
City Athletes wishing to participate in Special Olympic sports must have on file with the City of Wenatchee a current Athlete Participation Form.  Click here to download a copy of the form or click  here to download a Spanish version.

Accommodation Requests                                                                                                                                                  
The City of Wenatchee strives to provide access to all of its programs, meetings and events when possible.  To request an accommodation, alternative format of communication, and/or modification of policies and procedures in order to access and benefit from City of Wenatchee Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department programs, meetings and activities, please submit a Reasonable Request for Accommodation Form as soon as possible but no later than ten business days before the scheduled program, meeting or event.
