The City of Wenatchee manages four utilities that include the regional water supply, the water distribution, sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems. The City is responsible for the daily management and operation of the regional water supply system. The water distribution, sanitary sewer and storm water utilities are owned and operated solely by the City.

New Services or Changing Services
If you need to start or stop services, update your account information or are signing in as a new customer please contact our Utility Billing Department at City Hall. For more information please click here.

Irrigation water
Irrigation water in and around the City is managed by the Wenatchee Reclamation District. Please contact the Reclamation District office directly at (509) 663-0002 for more information.
