The City of Wenatchee development codes are intended to implement the City Comprehensive Plan.  The City's Comprehensive Plan provides the overarching intent behind the development codes.  The following codes combined with State and Federal laws govern development in the City of Wenatchee.  Most developments are influenced by various city codes.  Navigating these codes can be difficult and thus we encourage early involvement of City staff in your project to help clarify which codes apply.  Pre-application conferences are required by city code to help developments get started on the right foot.
