The Investigations Division of the Wenatchee Police Department coordinates with the Chelan County Sheriff’s Department for verification and identification of registered sex offenders living in our community. We encourage and promote public awareness about the potential threat sex offenders pose to Wenatchee citizens and we believe an informed public is a safer public.

Please refer to the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office sex offender website for the state law and specific information regarding levels 1, 2, and 3. The status of local sex offenders and their pictures are included.

Citizens are to contact the Police Department if they have a concern regarding a registered sex offender in the City.

Citizens are warned not to take personal criminal action against a registered sex offender. This action could lead to criminal prosecution.
