The Planning Division is committed to excellent customer service. To assist you in making application for a variety of land use permits, we have provided links to the application forms. We have a new master application form that can be filled out and submitted with the required corresponding submittal checklist for the appropriate application type. If you have any questions about our applications of the information being requested please contact us at (509) 888-3256.

All of the applications can be completed electronically. Simply select and complete each field where information is requested, print the application, sign it, and return it to the Department along with the necessary application fees and materials.

Planning Application Fees

Application fees must be remitted to the City of Wenatchee to help defray the expenses incurred in the processing of applications required by City ordinance. All application fees must be submitted as part of the required application materials. The application is not considered complete and eligible for scheduling for public hearing until the fee has been received. All fees collected are non-refundable, except in instances where an application has been officially withdrawn in writing by the applicant.
