The City is using a Progressive Design-Build method to design and build the Confluence Parkway Project in the coming years. In May 2023, we invited interested Design-Build firms to share Statements of Qualifications with us demonstrating their ability to accomplish this work. Shortlisted firms then developed Proposals sharing more detail about how they would complete the project.

The City evaluated Proposals and identified the highest scoring Design-Builder Team in September 2023. We are currently wrapping up the contracting process and expect to begin working in partnership with the Design-Builder Team, in November 2023. The design work will continue through 2024, with construction expected to begin in early 2025.
