NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wenatchee City Council will hold an Executive Session on Thursday, April 12, 2018, at 4:45 p.m. at the Wenatchee City Hall Council Chambers, 129 South Chelan, Wenatchee, Washington:

Executive session to consider the selection or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price (RCW 42.30.110(1)(b)); to consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price (RCW 42.30.110(1)(c)); and to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency is likely to become a party, when public knowledge regarding such discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence of the agency (RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)).
