NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wenatchee City Council will meet in Executive Session on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 4:45 PM at Wenatchee City Hall, 301 Yakima Street, Wenatchee, Washington, to: 

1. Consider the acquisition of real estate by purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price (RCW 42.30.110(1)(b));

2. Consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for sale when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price (RCW 42.30.110(1)(c)); and

3. Discuss with legal counsel representing the city matters of litigation to which the city is a party when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the city (RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)).
