NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wenatchee City Council will hold an Executive Session on Thursday, January 9, 2020, 4:30 PM at Wenatchee City Hall, 301 Yakima Street, Wenatchee, Washington, to consider the acquisition of real estate when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price; and to discuss with legal counsel matters of potential litigation to which the city may become a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse or financial consequence to the agency.
